Hotel staff very helpful, in our second reservation there was a little problem with the type of (double) bed but staff solve it quickly and nicely. Some rooms have balconies or two windows, which makes the room much better. Room service was good.

We overnighted here on our way out to Oboke Gorge. Great location with parking for our car, arranged in advance. The room was very compact, but was clean and had an ensuite. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were typically very friendly and helpful.

It is rightly recommended that you stay in Kochi. The staff and operation are excellent; prompt response and customer care did a great job.
